Advanced Email is common to all three specialized hosting programs. We have partnered with Everyone.net for our advanced email service. Everyone.net currently manages over 30,000,000 mail boxes and has developed a very sophisticated method of dealing with SPAM and virus filtering. Customers must select either Standard Email or Advanced Email for their domain name. Additional Advanced Email boxes can be added to any plan for $2.00/per month each. Each advanced mail box includes 100 MB of storage which does not count against hosting storage. Advanced mail boxes are also available with "jumbo" storage levels. 250 MB / $2.75/month and 1,000 MB for $3.50/month

Basic Hosting is for those customers who are comfortable maintaining their own web site and require only rudimentary technical support. If you choose a Basic Hosting plan you will be expected to backup your own web site, setup your own e-mail accounts and be comfortable with online technical support. If you need direct, one on one technical support it will be available to you at our standard hourly rate of $135/hour billed in six minute increments. Basic Hosting, will be billed monthly against you credit card or as an annual payment invoiced payment.

Managed Hosting is what the name implies. We will backup your web site daily, make minor changes to your web site, provide you with complete online statistics and be available for telephone support and free annual registration for a primary domain name. Managed plans include 30 minutes per month of consulting time which can be used for any of our services. Telephone technical support / consulting in excess of 30 minutes will be billed at our standard rate of $125/hour. Managed plans are billed monthly on an open invoice basis or billed to your credit card.
